The Opera of Health helps fill the void that exists in America's health and nutrition programs. A recent survey revealed that over 65% of American school children do not eat the recommended five servings of fruits and vegetables per day. When asked how many fruits and vegetables they had eaten the prior day, nearly 50% answered that they had eaten only one fruit or vegetable - or "None"!
